We sincerely hope that everyone can enjoy their custom motorcycles (overseas products) safely.

■ Regarding Custom Motorcycles
Custom motorcycles may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We do not guarantee compliance with all global legal regulations, safety standards, or security criteria.
These are art pieces (for display purposes) designed for aesthetic enjoyment.
They are not compliant with all global legal regulations for public road use and are therefore excluded from any warranty.Public road use is at the purchaser's own risk.K-SPEED cannot perform strict specification modifications to meet individual country regulations; therefore, the purchaser may need to make modifications to meet local regulations after purchase.Please understand this before making your purchase.

■ Regarding the Use of Custom Motorcycles and Parts
Custom motorcycles are designed for aesthetic enjoyment. Operation and installation for public road use are at the purchaser's own risk.
Because standard vehicles are disassembled and fitted with different parts, modifications such as grinding, drilling, or welding may be performed to ensure proper fitment. Minor scratches and abrasions may occur during this process. Added parts are not genuine manufacturer parts. There may be slight color discrepancies, individual variations, peeling paint, minor scratches, dirt, or slight gaps at connection points. The condition may not be perfect.
All products handled by our company are custom vehicles or parts manufactured overseas and differ from mass-produced commercial items. Modification may be required for installation.
Furthermore, our sales structure does not include the same maintenance or after-sales support systems as commercial manufacturers. Please understand that we cannot provide the same level of service (such as providing replacement vehicles or assisting with light motorcycle registration) before purchasing.
As these are not mass-produced products, some components may combine commercially available parts, and specifications for specific parts may change without notice.
Some parts have been modified from the catalog or photos to comply with Japanese safety standards.
The installation and use of custom parts are at the purchaser's own risk. We are not responsible for any scratches, damage, or losses incurred during installation or use at locations other than Dope shops.
The addition of custom parts may void the motorcycle manufacturer's warranty.
Adding custom parts may alter the balance and aerodynamics, potentially affecting riding performance; any such impact is not covered by our warranty.
Installing larger tires may also affect fuel efficiency, acceleration, and other performance factors.
We do not recommend custom vehicles to those who require the same performance, paint condition, or balance as commercially available vehicles. Please choose a standard vehicle instead.

■ Regarding Listed Prices
Listed prices include the product cost and shipping fees. Prices are standard and may change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates or import costs.

■ Products Purchased via Parallel Imports, etc.
We do not respond to inquiries regarding defects, scratches, or installation issues for products purchased from sources other than authorized dealers. Such items are not eligible for returns or coverage for initial defects. For items purchased at authorized stores, please contact the respective retailer; we recommend purchasing directly from an authorized dealer.

■ Regarding Product Warranty (Initial Defects)
If an initial defect, such as the engine failing to start or electrical system troubles (e.g., turn signals not flashing, horn not sounding), is identified within 3 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the product.
After this period, for any reason, the item will be excluded from warranty and any repairs will be charged.
Please note that if specifications are altered within 3 days, regardless of the area modified, the item will be excluded from initial defect coverage from that point on.

■ Precautions for Rubber Products
Rubber products may rarely become deformed during the shipping process.
They will return to their original shape when fitted to the vehicle during installation.
If installed while being slightly stretched, the rubber parts will return to their original shape within a few days.

■ Regarding Delivery Times

While estimated delivery times are listed in the product descriptions, these are only estimates. Some products may be delayed due to parts shortages or production delays in the country of origin. Please note in advance that the listed delivery dates may shift.

■ Regarding Shipping

Shipping is handled via international EMS, or domestic services such as Letter Pack or Yamato Transport. The delivery carrier varies depending on the product and stock status. If a package is returned to the sender due to the expiration of the storage period during your absence, separate reshipment fees will apply.

■ Regarding Difficulty Levels

Difficulty levels are listed for products on this site, but these are merely estimates. Difficulty is subjective and varies by individual. If you are unable to install a product purchased from this site, we can provide installation services at our shop, so please contact us.

■ Regarding Packaging

Items may be opened once for inspection. Furthermore, to reduce waste and conserve resources, we may reuse packaging materials.
