■About custom bikes Custom bikes may not be covered by the bike manufacturer's warranty.
Although we do our best to meet safety standards, we cannot guarantee complete safety. This bike is designed to be enjoyed as much as possible by keeping the same design as the show model, etc., and riding on public roads is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please understand the following conditions before purchasing.
■When using custom bikes and custom parts Custom bikes are meant to be enjoyed with their design.
In order to disassemble the normal car and add different parts, we will add processing by cutting, drilling, welding, etc. to match the normal car. Minor scratches and scratches may occur during processing. Additional parts are not genuine parts. Colors may vary slightly and there may be slight gaps where the pieces fit together.
All K-SPEED products are custom cars or custom parts, and are different from mass-produced products from commercial manufacturers. Processing may be required for installation.
In addition, our sales system is similar to that of commercial manufacturers, and we do not have a maintenance or after-care system. Please understand that even if you are required to provide the same service as a commercial manufacturer, you will not be able to receive it before purchasing. (Providing a replacement vehicle, obtaining a second-class moped license plate, etc.)
- Since this product is not a mass-produced product, some parts may be combined with commercially available parts, and the specifications of some parts may change without prior notice.
- Some parts have been changed from the catalog and photos to comply with Japanese safety standards. (SIAM STREET, TOKYO STREET, Jungle Cub, etc.)
- Installation and use of custom parts is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any scratches or damage that may occur during installation or use are not covered by the warranty.
- Adding custom parts may void your bike manufacturer's warranty.
- Adding custom parts may change the balance and air resistance and affect driving performance, but any such effects are not covered by the warranty.
- Adding larger tires will also affect fuel efficiency and acceleration.
Customized cars are not recommended for those who require the same performance, paint condition, and balance as a commercially available car. Please choose a normal car.

■About Full Custom (Complete Build-Up) distributor
Customers purchasing Full Custom (Complete Build-Up) will be contacted by a K-SPEED official distributor .
Please consult with each dealer regarding delivery schedules, optional equipment installation, etc.
Please also note that your personal information, such as your name, address, and email address, will be shared with authorized sales agents .

■Products purchased from parallel imports, etc. We will not respond to inquiries regarding defective products, scratches, or installation of products purchased from other than authorized retailers. Returns and initial defects are not covered. We recommend purchasing from an authorized retailer.
■Product warranty (initial defects) If an initial defect is found within 3 days of delivery, such as the engine not starting or electrical problems (turn signals not flashing, horn not sounding), the product will be repaired or replaced. .
After that, the product will be repaired for a fee, regardless of the reason.
In addition, regardless of the part of the change, if the specifications are changed within 3 days, the product will not be eligible for initial defects from that point on.
■Notes on foil covers When the foil cover is attached, it will be more susceptible to the effects of crosswinds. We ask that you fully understand the effect of crosswinds caused by installing the foil cover before purchasing. In particular, if you live in an area with frequent gusts of wind or drive at high speeds, please understand the risks and driving characteristics before considering whether or not to install it.
■Notes regarding ABS If a new vehicle (vehicle with ABS function) is fitted with tires different from the standard, ABS may not function properly. Please be aware that changing tires will affect the ABS function before deciding whether to install them.
■Notes on rubber products Rubber products may occasionally become deformed during the transportation process.
When installed, it will return to its original shape by matching it to the vehicle body.
If you attach it while pulling the rubber part, it will return to its original shape within a few days.
■About the use of trademarks and photographs, etc.
The trademarks owned by K-SPEED are managed by K-SPEED's official distributor, Bamboo Hornet.
Use of trademarks, logos, photographs, and other copyrighted materials without permission is prohibited. Please note that permission and contract are required in advance.
If the item is used for commercial purposes other than personal use, you will be charged 30,000 yen/month per item retroactively from the point of use .
